During our interviews with users, we realized that the elderly largely do not have sleep problems and that there are diverse ways in which people solve their sleep problems. In the class Innovative Systems for Digital Convergence, we learned about the trends and applications of contemporary ioT devices and used to see the problems that arose in the classmates around us and try to solve them with digital systems.
Using our design can only eye mask, which also has sensors that can detect the function of brain waves to help sleep disorder users accumulate real data to understand the pattern of sleep. and get personalized solutions, the data accumulated by the NeroRest Eye Mask can be visually presented on the NeroRest APP, and the user can understand a wide variety and customize a wide variety of ways to solve them.
After determining the theme of my research, I wanted to further explore the factors that contribute to low sleep quality, so the team members prepared a sample of questions locally in Savannah, of all ages, and of different genders, but we used whether or not you have a sleep disorder as the first question as a screening question, since our main survey was of people with sleep disorders.
